A healthy pantry makeover is an excellent add-on to consider as part of your 6-Month Program. This specialty session will help add value to your coaching sessions while giving me a better sense of your needs and current dietary habits.
We will walk through what you have and how you use it to share some perspective about where
the majority of calories are coming from.
Reading food labels can sometimes be confusing. I'll help you simplify them by offering a few guidelines for choosing nutritious foods based on labels.
Explore your buying habits and look for trends. Are there a lot of convenience foods? Sweet foods? Salty foods? Is one food group overrepresented? This information will help me offer more nutritious alternatives while still providing options that align with your preferences.
We will work together to develop small changes that you are ready to commit to. Starting with small, sustainable changes that will help create a long-term shift that can be built upon little by little over time.
Based on the foods you have, we will discuss a few examples of meals you typically make during the week, cooking methods, oils used, produce use/spoilage, and if you are using the things you buy. We will discuss how you put different foods together to make up meals and snacks. This will give you a better idea of how the food you see plays a role in your diet and which foods you gravitate toward.
I offer this service in a nonjudgmental space and help you explore what is doable now and where you are interested in making changes.
